Privacy

This website's event request form securely saves your contact information and event details for our team to review. Submitting a request does not reserve a date or process a payment.

The form asks for contact and event information so our team can respond to your inquiry and plan the event. Avoid including payment card numbers or sensitive personal information. Any setup photograph should be attached to your email.

Selected event details are processed by AI to give our team a booking-readiness score and short reason, stored privately with your request. Your contact fields, venue name, and address are not sent for scoring. Scores assist manual review only and do not accept or reject a booking.

This version has no advertising trackers or embedded private calendar. Website hosting may process basic request information to deliver the pages. External Facebook, maps, and email services have their own privacy practices. Contact Axe376pgh@gmail.com with questions about information you send to the business.
